The final evening of the 15th FMF will be a real icing on the festival cake with the screening of the first part of the box-office hit animated film How to Train Your Dragon – live to picture.

After two years of the pandemic, a long-awaited monographic review of John Powell’s work will be heard at ICE Kraków. The composer will play the role of the host of the evening, commenting and sharing anecdotes related to the performed suites with the audience.

The choir and orchestra performing the concert will be composed of, among others, Ukrainian musicians. They will perform works composed or dedicated specially for this occasion by the composers associated with FMF.

After concerts with music to the films of Agnieszka Holland, Andrzej Wajda, Roman Polański and Krzysztof Zanussi, we will pay tribute to another legend of Polish cinema, award-winning director Jerzy Skolimowski, honoured in Cannes, Venice and Berlin.
